Cookie Policy

What cookies we use, why, and how you control them. Effective August 28, 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time and help site owners understand how the site is used.

How we use them

Accident Care Partners uses a small number of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie-consent choice. These are always active.
  • Analytics (optional) — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, de-identified traffic and which pages are useful. These cookies load only after you accept. We do not sell your personal information, and analytics is used for marketing-site measurement only — never for any protected health information created during care.
  • Cookieless page-view counting — we also count page views through Metricool, a social-media and web-analytics service. It records the page address, screen size, and referring site for each visit and does not set any cookies, so it runs regardless of your banner choice. It is aggregate marketing-site measurement only and never touches any protected health information.

Managing your consent

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics stays off until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will bring the banner back on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, Texas under the TDPSA or Utah under the UCPA), you may have rights regarding personal information collected through cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details on the information we collect and how to exercise those rights.
