Telehealth & licensure

Telehealth services are offered where our providers are licensed — currently Arizona · Nevada · California. Care follows the same standard of care as in-person treatment.

How we work with attorneys

We provide medical care and documentation based solely on each patient's clinical needs. Records reflect clinical findings, never a desired legal outcome. We do not pay or accept any fee or thing of value for referrals in either direction. Our relationship with attorneys is a medical one, not a financial one.

Billing on a Letter of Protection

Where care is provided on a Letter of Protection or lien, charges are usual-and-customary and reflect the care actually provided; payment is handled through the patient's personal-injury case.

The validity, enforceability, and requirements of a Letter of Protection or medical lien vary by state — including in Arizona · Nevada · California, where our providers are licensed — and depend on the facts of each patient's case. Any Letter of Protection or lien is governed by the law of the state where care is provided and by the terms of that specific agreement, and is coordinated through the patient's own attorney or legal team. Nothing here guarantees that a lien will be honored or that any particular amount will be recovered. This is not legal advice; patients should consult their attorney about how a lien affects their case.
