FAQ

Questions? Answered.

How much does a visit cost? +

There's no out-of-pocket cost at the time of your visit. Care is provided on a Letter of Protection — a lien on your personal-injury case — so the bill is handled through your case rather than paid up front.

How fast can I be seen? +

Usually the same day. You start an intake online or by phone, and a licensed provider evaluates you by secure video, typically within 24 hours.

Do I need an attorney to be seen? +

Not to start. If you don't have one yet, we can still evaluate and document your injuries. Many patients are referred by their attorney, and we coordinate with your legal team throughout your care.

What states do you serve? +

We provide telehealth injury care across Arizona · Nevada · California, where our providers are licensed.

Is telehealth enough for an injury? +

For many injuries, yes — evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, and documentation can all be done by video. When you need imaging, physical therapy, or in-person procedures, we coordinate those referrals and keep managing your care.

Will I get medical records for my case? +

Yes. You receive clear medical records and documentation based on your clinical findings. Records reflect your actual care — they're never written to a desired legal outcome.

Is my information private? +

Yes. We only collect what we need to help you, and we don't sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you pay attorneys for referrals? +

No. We do not pay or accept any fee for referrals in either direction. This is a medical relationship, not a financial one.
